Paragliding and hiking a Girlfriend/Boyfriend compatibility test?

Max & Penny participate in the RedBull xAlps for the 3rd time

  • Paragliding and hiking through 864km (as the crow flies) of treacherous mountain terrain.
  • 8 turnpoints from Austria (Salzburg) via Italy, Swizerland, France to Monaco
  • Up to 20 days of racing, 24 hours/day
The Red Bull xAlps.com has established itself as one of the toughest and most spectacular adventure races in the world. The race goes on day and night, through sun, wind, rain and snow, until the first pilot reaches Monaco.

These fun and exciting presentations demonstrate how a couple with 2 young children and working their jobs, manage to have fun while coping  with the additional stress of training, preparations, added expenses and the race itself.  We will also give you our inside perspective of the strategic planning in choosing equipment and gear, choosing routes with various mapping techniques, how to work with international connections, how we prepare the nutrition plan, how we train physically and how we prepare mentally for the race, as most of one's successes or failures are controlled by the mind and attitude.
